Three reasons you’re not seeing results from agile

Three reasons for lack of success in Agile are lack of culture, lack of a product centric mindset and the wrong set of tools.

In my work, I often come across organizations that have either failed their Agile transformations or are really unhappy with the way that things have turned out. This is not uncommon and I have a simple way of dealing with them.

I sit down with the decision maker and tell them to talk and I LISTEN and PAY ATTENTION. Obvious answers rise above the fray very quickly at that point.
